Meet the team

People who chose this work because someone they love needed it.

Three partners and a house manager. Each came to disability support through family. We’d be glad to introduce ourselves.

    Mohamed Salih

    Operations & Care Director

Mohamed cares for two uncles who live with disabilities, and he's spent the past three years working in homecare services. He leads our caregivers, care plans, and day-to-day quality, and he's on call when families need him. For Mohamed, this is some of the most fulfilling work there is. It's a way to help his community and give back every day.

    Mahamed Mohamed

    Client Relations & Growth Director

Mahamed's brother has Down syndrome, so he understands, from the inside, what good care really takes and what it means to a family. He's the person families and case managers talk to first: intake, assessments, family meetings, and making sure every new client feels heard from day one.

  • Portrait of Mahmood Ahmad, Admin, IT & Compliance Director.

    Mahmood Ahmad

    Admin, IT & Compliance Director

Mahmood's little sister was born with spina bifida. When she was about four, she had surgery and spent weeks with her legs in casts. One day she looked up at him and said, 'Look, my legs are straight like yours now.' He's never forgotten it. She's the reason he does this work: to care for her, and to spread that same love to others. He keeps Prime Care Support running behind the scenes: licensing, HIPAA and Medicaid compliance, billing, IT and security, and the policies that keep families safe.

  • Julie Widerburg

    House Manager

Our house manager is the heart of day-to-day care. She's the person clients see and rely on most. She's spent three years as a house manager with another agency and knows exactly how to meet each client's needs. A mother of two, she treats every person in her care like her own child.
